  • Sessions with therapists, psychiatrists or psychologists from MHN's wide provider network, only a $25 copay.
  • Treatment in a higher level of care facility, such as a hospital or residential setting is covered at $200.2
  • Care Management assistance, if needed.

  • Provide help finding an in-network provider with an available outpatient appointment, within 10 business days for a therapist, or 15 business days for a psychiatrist.

2 Preauthorization is required before you receive inpatient treatment, except in an emergency. If you need inpatient treatment or higher level of care, you or a family member, or your doctor or hospital, must call MHN within 24 hours of admission. We'll confirm if your behavioral health benefits are in place and assign a case manager to offer support.
