Get Started
- You will get an ID card in the mail for each enrolled person in your family. You will get the ID cards before your coverage starts.
- Review your ID card, check for any errors and confirm Primary Care Physician (PCP). If needed, you can request to change doctors, call the Health Net Member Services team at 833-448-2042 or register on the Health Net website.
- Make an appointment with your doctor, especially if you have changed your doctor so you can get to know each other. Take your list of prescriptions with you to your appointment.
- To save time and money, consider the convenience of getting your prescriptions via mail order.

As a registered member, using our website is an easy and time-saving way to get benefit information, wellness resources and more to help you achieve an overall sense of good health.
Log in to our website to:
- Search for a primary care or specialty provider
- Get information about your primary care provider (PCP)
- Request to change your PCP
- View and download a digital health plan ID card
- Order a new physical ID card
- Find care in your network, hospitals, urgent care and health care services

Search doctors and services with the ProviderSearch tool
From the menu:
- Enter a location (street address, city, county, or state).
- Go to Filter by type of Plan/Network and choose HMO – CanopyCare
