We're expanding our horizons! CanopyCare HMO is growing its network with four Providence Hospitals and the Providence Medical Network in the North Bay.*

With our newest alliance partner, Providence, members will have access to in-network services with the entire Canopy Health alliance of over 6,000 providers, 29 hospitals, and 6 medical groups across the Bay Area*, including UCSF Health, John Muir Health and more.

We've created an integrated healthcare experience where the standout feature is the freedom of our assigned members to obtain high-quality care from our alliance's physicians and hospitals. Through our Alliance Referral Program, you can seek care across the entire Canopy Health network. Working with your primary care physician, you will be able to select the best specialty care for you at a location that is convenient – no matter where you live or work in the Bay Area.
